Because SyteByte is downloadable software, the refund policy is intentionally straightforward.
SyteByte is a downloadable software product. Purchases are generally considered final once access to the software has been delivered or made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Delivery Problems
If you are unable to access a purchased download because of a verified delivery or account issue, contact SyteByte support so we can correct the problem.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate charges may be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
Technical Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing published compatibility and product information before purchase. If a material product defect prevents the software from operating as described and we are unable to reasonably correct the issue, the purchase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer's jurisdiction.
